1. Return Period

You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@stylistics.co.za with your order details.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
